The Constellation of Connections
I believe extraordinary things happen when the right people come together at the right time. Throughout my career, I’ve helped leaders find partners, perspective, opportunity, and support — not through transactional networking, but through thoughtful, purposeful connection.
I listen deeply. I try to understand what people are really working toward. And I naturally see who needs to be in conversation together. I value authenticity, trust, professionalism, and relationships built with integrity.
For me, this isn’t about collecting contacts.
It’s about connecting people in ways that genuinely matter.
The Inspiration
Experiences throughout my career reinforced this belief and shaped how I lead. I don’t think of what I do as “networking.” I see it as building meaningful, intentional connections — in boardrooms, leadership environments, nonprofit communities, and professional circles.
My inspiration for connecting others comes from the idea of a constellation. Each person shines brightly on their own — capable, talented, and full of potential. But when the right people are aligned with purpose, something bigger emerges.

Connection in Action
One of the most meaningful experiences in my career was being part of Women in Finance mentoring. I saw firsthand how support, inclusion, and the right introductions helped women build confidence, advance professionally, and create lasting leadership communities. It reaffirmed what I deeply believe: when people are connected intentionally, careers grow, organizations strengthen, and opportunity expands.
